Glenn Van Velson

Glenn Van Velson earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1983. Since then he has been licensed to practice law in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He has been actively engaged in the practice of law in North Platte, Nebraska, since 1983.

Since 1995 Glenn has been in solo practice and is focused in the areas of estate planning and real estate. He is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and takes advantage of opportunities for continuing education and legal skills training offered by the National Network. He is also a member of the Elder Law Section and the Probate and Real Estate Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association.

He has served as President and member of the Board of Directors of North Platte Community Playhouse; as Drive Chairman/President of the Mid-Plains United Way; and is active in community musical performance groups. He is married to Vicky and they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
